Right At School Elective Partner Requirements
- Insurance carriers must be licensed by the State operating in and rated A-VII or better by A.M. Best or a comparable rating service.
- Name Right At School, LLC and SCHOOL DISTRICT as Additional Insured along with Primary and Non Contributory wording.
- Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. Commercial General Liability Insurance should include all operations, contractual liability, independent contractors, products/completed operations (2 year minimum following completion) and defense.
- Commercial General Liability Insurance must include coverage for Sexual Abuse and Molestation and include coverage for Corporal Punishment
- Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions Coverage (If professional services are rendered), in the amount of $2,000,000 for errors and omissions in conjunction with professional services
- Umbrella /Excess Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, which will provide additional limits for employers general and automobile Insurance and shall cover Right At School and the School Board as the Primary Coverage.
- Automobile Liability Insurance, whether owned, non-owned or hired in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage
