All elective vendors are required to upload a signed affidavit stating their instructors obtained the proper clearances and are cleared to teach in their scheduled district(s). Please refer to your contract to determine your district’s specific requirements. 

In order to upload into Jumbula, please follow these instructions: Settings -> Advanced -> Background Check Documentation -> Upload and Save.
